As

Customer Service Representative for the US market.

This position is 100% bilingual and remote from Mexico (CDMX)
They are a marketer of premium products throughout the Americas, headquartered in Utah with operations in Mexico City.

Requirements:

Immediate availability

Desired experience minimum 2 years in:
Customer Service

Shared Service Center

ERP data management Skills:
Computer skills

Excel

Time management tools

Studies in Business Administration, International Business

Advanced English (C1, C2) Requirements:
For the English level, the requirements are as follows: TOEFL test (ITP, or else IBT) - With results from "upper-intermediate level" to "advanced level" (or certified equivalency)

Common European Framework:
C1 and C2 levels are preferred, but B2 is acceptable

General expectations:
Preferably a native level of English, or high fluency in oral and written communication.

High level of attention to detail - Customer service - Organized - Problem Solving

Responsibilities:

Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
Data entry in various platforms

Qualifications:

At least 3 years' of relevant work experience
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work

Work area:

(remote) Puerta Altavista, Mexico (Home Office)

Benefits:

Gross Salary $15,000 to $20,000 MXN (depends on experience).

Starting Salary: 15,000 to 20,000 MXN per month, based on experience.
