Your role at Baxter:


The Manager, ERP Product Development responsible for leading the Development of scalable, secure, and effective ERP solutions, managing a team of ERP Specialist and Analyst's, Allocating Developments, Follow ups and communicating development status to the stakeholders.

Staying current with emerging trends and technologies.


What you'll be doing

  • Manages Team of ERP Specialist and Analyst's
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather business requirements and provide technical expertise
  • Ensure ERP solutions align with overall enterprise architecture
  • Analyze current systems and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in ERP solution architecture
  • Develop project plans, schedules and budgets, and monitor project progress
  • Communicate project status and risks to stakeholders
  • Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members
  • Onboarding and Offboarding Employees and Vendor resources
  • Ensuring Team has the Tools and Collaboration from other Teams to deliver the solutions

What you'll bring

  • Engineering Graduate / Master's in computer science/ MCA
  • 812 years of experience using Enterprise One development tools, with 3+ years in a management role
  • Experience working on 8.12 or higher releases
  • Must have strong English language skills and be comfortable conversing in English
  • Deep understanding of ERP software and technologies (JDE, SAP)
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have strong English language skills and be comfortable conversing in English
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies
  • Experience in driving multicultural virtual teams across various time zones
  • Excellent leadership and mentorship skills
  • Strong understanding of IT in a validated environment
