    We are looking for a trustworthy repairs coordinator to take charge of all incoming maintenance requests. To be successful, you should demonstrate excellent organizational skills and be able to think on your feet.


    Responsibilities:


    Manage work order flow from creation to completion
    Manage software as required to support work order flow
    Assist Tenants in troubleshooting common maintenance items such as stuck garbage disposal or tripped electrical/GFCI breakers
    Researching maintenance history of properties to best address maintenance issues, identify prior work completed,
    check if warranty is in place for work or appliances.
    Assign work order to best fit vendor
    Secure and approve work estimates as required
    Verify invoice accuracy and submit to accounting for payment and closing out of work order
    Collaborates with team members for updates and workflow transition handoffs
    Regularly communicate with Property owners and Tenants regarding the Work Orders
    Requirements:
    • 2+ years of experience in similar positions
    • Great troubleshooting experience: understands how to walk customers through an issue to truly understand the problem
    • 1+ Years using Appfolio Management Software is a plus
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Repair work experience preferred.
