YOUR MISSION

• Control and communicate Seasonal delivery performance, providing insights and solutions to commercial functions, channels, product categories, etc.
• Deep dive and analyze KPIs metrics, identify gaps, create plans to minimize forecast deviations. track and report Global SC KPIs
• Set up robust Sales & Operations Planning processes to improve forecasting accuracy with an objective to minimize cost and maximize productivity through all supply chain functions
• Coordinate and facilitate Business Planning meetings ensuring alignment across teams, drive accountability, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with Supply and Demand Planning to understand business impact in Inventory simulation
• Monitor Supply chain costs and drive cost saving initiatives for the organization along with a defined project and cross functional teams

YOUR TALENT

• +7 years of experience in warehousing & distribution environment
• Proven experience in Planning functions
• Ability to identify the root cause of complex problems, develop options and recommend solutions.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, be able to work effectively with all levels within the organization
• Experience in facilitating cross-functional planning meetings and driving consensus among diverse teams
