ON-SITE position (Ciudad del Sol, Zapopan. Close to Plaza del Sol)

Join our team as Digital Marketing Specialist for one of our business lines, which primary goal will be to maximize the volume of inbound organic traffic for their portfolio of law firm clients.

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for reviewing website analytics data, adjusting campaigns for SEO setting strategy, and completing foundational SEO and Social Media related tasks.

Qualifications:

College degree (business, journalism, or marketing preferred).
12 years of agency experience.
Customer service experience required.
Demonstrate solid written and oral communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment.
Flexibility and ability to shift priorities easily.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to dig extensively into analytics and adjust campaigns quickly.
Selfmotivated, selfstarter who thrives working independently.
Ability to work in a team environment, foster departmental growth, and partner with our sales and account management team.
Interest in current SEO best practices, and a desire to keep up with trends and new developments.

Responsibilities:

Create, design, and execute successful SEO, social media & LSA campaigns using industry and departmental best practices.
Perform topical research and competitive analysis to create content optimization strategy.
Organize site architecture and create sitemaps for clients' websites, working closely with internal project managers and writers.
Draft content recommendations, complete local business listing optimization as needed.
Troubleshoot technical questions and provide simplified answers on complex issues to sales and clients.
Complete SEO and social media fulfillment project tasks based on task due dates.
Support sales teams and serve as the SEO client interface acting as the SME on SEO and social mediarelated questions and providing performance updates to the client
Communicate results and complex concepts in simple language to clients who may not have an indepth knowledge of search and how it Works.
Monitor the campaign throughout its life cycle and complete audits and on and offsite fixes to keep the campaign performing at or above goals.
Identify trends successes, SEO, social media, and conversion opportunities for improved outcomes.
Research online publishers and manage scheduling out curated posts from these outlets to clients' social media profiles.
Optimize, claim, and verify Google, Bing, Apple maps, Yelp, and other important local listings.
Set up social starter accounts, local, and legal directory profiles.
Assist with onboarding training.
