Monks Data and Digital Media team is looking for a bright, driven, and dedicated
Executive Assistant. As Executive Assistant at Media.
Monks, you will be reporting to and providing direct support to our Co-Chief Client Officers.


The Role:


  • Manage the Co-CCO's calendars including scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences and travel.
  • Act as communications gatekeeper by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating communications and calls
  • Assist in formatting and preparing presentations using Google slides
  • Maintain client and partner confidence and protect business operations as a trusted, confidential pointofcontact
  • Coordinate professional requirements for executives including arranging meals, dinner reservations, technology needs, transportation, lodging etc.
  • Run errands and coordinate miscellaneous tasks as needed
  • Maintain relationships in a professional manner with vendors, partners, investors, and other contacts on behalf of Media.

  • Participate in and own special projects and event planning as needed

What you bring to it:


  • 5+ years of progressive experience, ideally in a similar role
  • English advanced skills
  • Background supporting multiple executives in a startup environment is ideal
  • Acute attention to detail; high degree of accuracy
  • Strong timemanagement skills; ability to prioritize and reprioritize
  • Flexible, cooperative, and collaborative attitude
  • Eagerness to take on exciting and challenging projects
  • Ability to take the initiative and exercise good judgment
  • Resourceful and able to deliver results
  • Flexibility to work outside of office hours as necessary
  • Proficiency in Google Calendar, Zoom, and Googlesuite (docs, sheets, etc.)
