We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Marketing Assistant to join our team.You will be the backbone of our marketing operations, ensuring that our agents, listings, and digital presence maintain the world-class standard our brand is known for.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Listing & Database Management
CRM & Data:
Upload and manage agent databases within the CRM to ensure seamless communication.
Inventory Oversight:
Supervise the onboarding of new listings for both Resales and New Developments.
MLS Integrity:
Cross-reference and verify all property information on the MLS for accuracy.
Asset Organization:
Maintain and organize Google Drive folders for all listings and new developments.
Platform Management:
Manage listings and agents within the ATP platform.
Digital & Technical Operations
Webmaster Liaison:
Handle administrative tasks with webmasters regarding UX, translations, pixel implementation, Tag Managers, and troubleshooting glitches.
Domain & Document Control:
Manage GoDaddy domains and oversee the administration of DocSend.
Lead Gen:
Create and manage landing pages for resales and new developments.
Tech Partners:
Act as the main point of contact for operational follow-ups with Tech Partners.
Content & Campaign Execution
Brand Stewardship:
Ensure total adherence to global Brand Guidelines across all materials.
Email Marketing:
Create and deploy E-blasts, including "On The Move" updates, newsletters, and special campaigns.
Editorial & Blog:
Coordinate the editorial project for the blog and manage the newsletter schedule.
Advertising:
Manage print advertising placements and coordinate agent ads for The Agency RE Magazine.
Creative Review:
Review and approve copy and artwork for digital campaigns.
Marketing Collateral:
Manage and track QR codes for all commercial materials.
Production & Administrative Support
Field Coordination:
Schedule and coordinate appointments with photographers and videographers.
Onboarding:
Lead the marketing launch and coordination for new agents joining the team.
Financial Tracking:
Supervise vendors, process invoices, and coordinate with the accounting department regarding marketing expenses and app subscriptions.
Reporting:
Prepare comprehensive Marketing Update Reports.
Daily Ops:
Conduct daily task reviews and coordinate marketing-related requests with the Office Manager.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a marketing or administrative role (Real Estate experience preferred).
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Strong technical proficiency in Google Workspace, CRM systems, and CMS platforms.
An eye for design and a high level of attention to detail regarding brand aesthetics.
Ability to communicate effectively with agents, vendors, and international tech teams.
