Job Description:

Plan maintenance activities for the production lines & Fabrication area, including activities with external suppliers, optimize production processes and systems together with operative maintenance, and use maintenance-related systems (e.g., SAP) for their maintenance planning tasks, with the purpose of achieving the objectives defined by the plant.

Supervision of improvements projects, Continuous improvement of the Maintenance & Facilities area, Teamwork with all company areas.

Responsibilities:

Develops and implements preventive maintenance programs and procedures.
Ensures that periodic and preventive maintenance is appropriately scheduled and performed.
Assure spare parts availability and general maintenance material to correctly perform both reactive and planned Maintenance.
Personnel Management
Prioritize maintenance activities according to production requirements, ensuring the least equipment downtime.
Contact with different suppliers related to the machine operation.
Guarantee the optimal functioning of the Maintenance area.

Qualifications:
Requires a bachelor's degree in industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical career or related. Requires at least 3 years related position. Experience in spare parts management and supplier coordination.
Detail Oriented and ability to problem solve effectively. Leadership skills required to coordinate and work with all company areas. Interpretation of Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic diagrams.
