Sr. Finance Manager (must have experience in the automotive industry)

Required Skills and Experience / Qualifications:

10 Years on the manager position & with people in charge.
20 Years on accounting / finance /budgeting, cash management.
Accounts payable, finance formats (estados financieros), corporate governance.
SAT updates, accounts receivable, budget control, cost accounting.
Payroll governance/tax / social security, procedure/policy implementation.
Annual declaration, audit from external associations, inventory / fixed assets control.
Software: desirable epicor, Windows Office.
Ability to deliver results through empowerment of people, change.management and performance management.
Proven experience leading and driving results improvement.
Strong interpersonal skills as well as written and verbal communication skills.

Attractive compensation package.
