REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

Bilingual (Spanish and English).
Bachelor's Degree required in Engineering or related field.
15 years' experience in Manufacturing and 8 years' experience responsible or operations management.
Must have minimum of 6 years' experience in automotive industry.
Experience in leading continuous improvement efforts.
Indepth knowledge of lean manufacturing principles preferred.
Knowledge of production and plant operations.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to maneuver between all levels of personnel and different cultures.
Handson attitude.
