Summary

The position is responsible for l
eading and managing paid social campaigns for
Facebook and TikTok for our auto insurance, franchise, and Confie Mexico initiatives.

They will also manage display and
YouTube campaigns. They are responsible for both
lead nurture and lead generation campaigns across our multiple platforms.

The position will report directly to the Director of Digital Marketing.

Responsibilities

Responsible for developing and executing a digital lead generation strategy for paid media channels, including Facebook, Instagram YouTube and display
Creates and presents media plans, with a strong focus on digital acquisition for bottom of funnel conversion
Manages and optimize daytoday paid social campaigns to drive qualified traffic/leads to company brands
Creates and tests targeting, creative, bidding strategies, landing pages, and more to maximize lead results and quality of leads/traffic
Leads our customer nurture campaigns across Google display, Meta, TikTok, etc.
Develops top of the funnel and awareness methods to expand our audience on existing channels
Leads design team in creative process to find wining creative that drives good conversion rates
Works with external partners (Google/Facebook) to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
Provides weekly and monthly reporting to internal leadership teams for each business unit
Analyzes performance to provide marketing insights to improve performance, conversion rates, and lifetime customer value
Exceptional analytical capability, able to rapidly and independently arrive at campaign insights such as query behavior, audience segmentation and successful page strategies to optimize the conversion rate
Manage a growing team of 1+ media specialist/s

What are we looking for?

Required:

Bachelor ́s degree or Master ́s (desirable)
Specialized knowledge such as Financial analysis and Accounting

- +4 years of experience

Modality: Work from home
Work schedule: Monday to Friday

Language Level:

Advanced english

Computational Level:

Use of Office: Word, Excel, Power Point, Etc.
ERP Systems, Power BI, Hyperion.
