As Marketing Associate, you will support our California business by translating strategy into effective marketing deliverables. Your primary focus will be building compelling pitch decks and pursuit materials in partnership with Sales.

You will actively listen to sales leaders, understand opportunity context, and transform complex ideas into clear presentations. In addition to sales support, you will contribute to event marketing, asset creation, and branded collateral across all California-based brands.

Your responsibilities include:

• Building high-impact pitch decks in Microsoft PowerPoint
• Meeting with Sales teams to understand client needs
