The US/Mx Account Payable shall prepare US / Mx accounts payable process in accordance with established procedures.

In this role, the US/Mx Account Payable will:

Responsible for accurate payment to vendors (raw material and MRO)
Support special activities and establish controls and procedures to ensure an accurate payment to vendors
Monitor and review open GRs
Responsible for filing invoices as well as keep in order the room file
Responsible to charge back to vendor for the return of materials
Invoice verification made in accordance with rpocedures and law regulations
Responsible for implementing internal and external audit recommendation for Accounts Payables
To work according of the I.M.S. (Integrated Management System) which includes ISO 9K, 18K, 14K, 27K, and 22301

Certified Public Accountant, and/or position experience
