EUC Engineer

Job Responsabilities

Job Description;

Responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting technical infrastructure, hardware, and system software components
**for small
- to mid-sized projects.**
Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities
-
Performs installation, configuration, maintenance, debugging and support for systems software/hardware, including

implementation support for multiple infrastructure platforms on mid-sized and smaller projects.
-
Tunes platforms to ensure expected availability and performance levels are achieved. Performs root cause analyses for

service interruption recoveries. Creates preventative measures and presents to management.
-
Identifies and tests processes for automation. Performs configuration prior to the quality assurance process.

Develops expert knowledge of industry best practices and uses that knowledge to provide technical support to project team

members.
-
Provides 24/7 on-call support for assigned systems, including investigating and troubleshooting problems.

Discusses issues with users and translates issues to determine appropriate technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications
-
3-5 years of systems engineering experience preferred.

Demonstrated effective verbal, written, and organizational skills.

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Experience operating with mínimal supervision.

Technologies - Ivanti EPM, Ivanti UVM, Microsoft Windows10/11 Administration, Application Packaging, Printer Management, Desktop Management, Mac Management.
