    Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

    Plan and execute all VM activities related to marketing programs at the POS to drive sell-through, and enhance shopping experience by improving our brand presence.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute VM guidelines x-channel according to the Brand Activation calendar to enhance our brand experience and align with ONE LAM executions
  • Support new POS openings or remodelings to ensure flawless execution of brand image
  • Provides feedback to Market on VM implementation of campaigns, product availability, floor share, SIS executions, competitors and market opportunities to improve our presence at POS
  • Drive on-site ISC Platform input to produce missing tools at POS
  • Lead POS projects to enhance consumer experience together with Channels and marketing teams
  • Develop and optimizes the visit plan of VMs and promoters according to strategy to maximize brand optimal presence, execution of all campaigns, and increase of store KPIs
  • Act as a business contact for external parties (agencies and suppliers) to be more efficient and ensure one message is being deployed
  • Own accountability of VM budget to stay within budget
  • Participate of Market VM meetings, and gives VM Training to team to update on latest guidelines
  • Supervise VM Coordinators and back office team to ensure flawless execution of plan and provide a flawless shopping experience for all consumers
  • Influence definition of showroom spaces for sell-in events to maximize our brand impact and visibility of concepts
  • Key Relationships:

  • Channel teams to drive POS planning and execution Retail Marketing and WHS Marketing
  • Knowledge Skills and Abilities :

  • Leadership skills to drive team execution and cross functional projects and initiatives
  • Specialist in business or technical skills with detailed knowledge in some areas of work or systems.
  • Broad & deep knowledge in own functional area, combining theoretical and practical knowledge
  • Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • 7 years experience
  • As manager of Experts 0 – 2 years management experience required
  • As manager of Admin / Tech Support minimum of 3 years management experience required
