The job of Information Systems Security Specialist is to apply strong security knowledge and expertise to activities in all Information Systems process domains to assist with global business needs and help solving difficult topics.
In this role you will identify, propose, advise on and implement existing Information Systems security technology, helping with the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of solutions/services.

IS Service Owner

Your responsibilities

• Helping to delivers appropriate solutions/services according to required service level, on time and on budget, and of the required quality.
• Executing all actions in Information Services processes according to specifications.
• Consulting and giving advice to ensure that others comply with ABB Information Services Enterprise Architecture.
• Leading temporary work teams, guiding and monitoring task completion, disseminating expert knowledge and advice.
• Sharing knowledge and – if senior - guiding others on implementation and operation, using understanding of existing security technology and business requirements.

Your background

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related qualification and/or proven capability through past employment experience.
• 5-7 years of experience working in similar position.
• Profound IS security technology knowledge combined with good understanding of the overall context of business processes and the IS technologies impact.
• Excellent experience in objectively evaluating IS solutions and infrastructure security risks and making recommendations.
• Proven experience in performing risk assessments taking into consideration a balance between potential risk impact and best practices.
• Proven experience in conducting assessment and translating assessment results based on multiple industry standards and frameworks such as: SOC1, SOC2, ISO2700x, NIST, COBIT.
• Professional certification required (CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP etc.).
• Management and Leadership experience.
• Advanced level of English and good communication skills.
