We are looking to hire a Sr Engineer-Plant Quality to join our team at Chihuahua._

Responsibilities:

Supervises the activities of quality auditors. Ensures implementation and monitoring of the Control Plan and the established quality system for the production areas.
Develop quality plans to support development and release

- of new products in the different phases of the program.

Comply with the requirements of the health, safety and environment system environment according to its activity.
Ensure that established controls and procedures in the quality system are executed in the production areas according as planned.
Responsible for the segregation of product in suspicious process.
Ensure compliance with daily activities of the process such as first and last piece, certification of production lines.
Define the inspection points (in processes, final audit, dock audit) and define the methods and work instructions of the personnel under your charge.
Responsible for supporting the APQP process.
Responsible for the implementation of the DLN systems and Quality Boards "Quality Standdown" during the launch of a new product
Participate in the quality operating system. Responsible for analyzing and presenting internal quality information.
Responsible for monitoring corrective actions derived from external and internal quality problems.
Participate in the QIP (Quality Improvement Plan).
Responsible for compliance with quality processes and procedures in production areas.
Responsible for training quality auditors.

Requeriments:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering field or related.
6 Years of experience.
Experience in Automotive Industry.
IATF 16949/ ISO14001/ ISO45001/ ISO9001 knowledge.
Statistical tools SPC.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem analysis and decisionmaking skills.
Proactive and selfdirected.
English.
