How to contribute to our vision_
The SGRE LATAM Finance team is looking for a dynamic, proactive, process oriented professional to commercially manage multimillionaire projects within South Cone whose main tasks would be to:_

- _ Ensure the compliance with the SBA guidelines for all commercial aspects._
- _ Ensure the accuracy of project books and records, including recording of such in the appropriate systems, e.g. SAP - ensures compliance with Siemens-FRG plus the local GAAP requirements. Ensures all related Project Reporting and Controlling activities._
- _ Support Sales and the Project Management team that the financial results according to set targets are managed with due professional care and optimizes the project gross profit, cash flow and assets and financing instruments._
- _ Actively communicate with customer's commercial representatives and manages solving of commercial issues._
- _ Together with the PM proactively setting up a contract and claim management in the project, including involvement and cooperation with the assigned contract manager._
- _ Supports the PM and Sales in identifying, evaluating and assessing risk and opportunities, strategies and response activities - taking over the full responsibility in this regard with respect to all commercial risks and opportunities._
- _ Supports Project Manager to select and involve partners / subcontractors._
- _ Represents the project in the relevant decision boards internally and externally._

What you need to make a difference_

- _ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration._
- _ Solid finance progressive experience managing projects._
- _ Experience supporting international business operations._
- _ Ability to take a proactive approach to problem solving._
- _ Self-driven and resourceful to achieve goals well in groups._
- _ Strong communications skills; able to clearly and concisely express technical information (or data) to non-technical associates, peers and management._
- _ CPM certification would be a huge advantage_
- _ Flexibility to adjust and thrive in an environment with changing requirements, schedules and priorities for multiple projects or assignments._
- _ Excellent writing, presentation meeting facilitation skills._
- _ Ability to communicate fluently in English_
- _ Travel: Approximately 10% travel._

Software_

- _ Proficient in MS office and_ SAP,_
- _ Knowledge of Power BI and Esprit> would be a plus._
