Corporate Affairs & Communications Director**:

What is the purpose of this position?

The Corporate Affairs & Communication Director will be responsible for designing and overseeing the effective implementation of Corporate Affairs & Communication strategies that support both the commercial objectives of the JTI Mexico+ cluster and protect and uphold JTI's reputation.

These strategies will include government relations, taxation and anti-illicit trade, industry affairs, internal and external communications, community investment, and compliance.

What are we looking for in you?

University degree is required, MBA or equivalent educational background is desirable
At least 8 + years of experience in CA&C in industries with complex regulatory environments
Excellent interpersonal, and leadership skills
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office

- particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Political risk analysis and mitigation
Stakeholder mapping and lobbying
Advocacy and strategy development
Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
Media relations
Fluency in English and Spanish
