Job Summary

Delivery Business Systems Analyst_

- located in Guadalajara, North Campus._

Reporting to the ACE IT Ops Director, Delivery Business Systems Analyst role involves being responsible for analyzing complex business problems from both endusers and other IT groups. Supporting the IT system development projects team for the business, responsible for administering and maintaining the organization's information systems to ensure that they function reliably and in accordance with user needs._

What a typical day looks like:

_ Act as the first point of contact between the customer and IT._

- _ Record occurrences and resolutions of first-level support incidents._
- _ Implementation and register of temporary solutions to failures in IT services._
- _ Physical and technical support for the main elements of the IT services_
- _ Determinates and supervises required improvements on the systems and supervise the correct implementation to meet customer's requirements._
- _ Write functional and technical specifications for developers._
- _ Analyzes, defines and documents system requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, hardware and operating system environment, interfaces with other systems, internal and external checks and controls and outputs._
- _ Analyzes and estimates feasibility, cost, time, compatibility with other systems and computer capabilities._
- _ Use skills to contribute to development of company objectives and principles and to achieve goals in creative and effective ways._
- _ Verify newly developed processes_
- _ Work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors._

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

_ BA/BS or equivalent work experience_

- _ Intermediate-advanced_ english_
- _ Previous experience in a similar position._
- _ Previous experience working with e-tickets._
- _ Design and build Services (Web / Windows) for IoT solutions._
- _ Build reports using SQL Server Reporting Services._
- _ Driving highly skilled Scrum team._
- _ Good communication skills_
