Job Description:
Especialista de MKT Digital LA
Works with the LATAM Marketing team in the planning of the digital marketing strategies.
He/She is responsible for the planning and management of the campaigns based on KPIS, that determine the performance of the implemented strategies and actions.
Objectives:
Own brand strategy and drive product growth for LA:
- Analyze market dynamic and develop/execute brand strategies off and on line
- Allocate and execute brand budget (Events, digital campaings, etc)
- Crossfunctional brand leadership across Field Force, medical, legal, regulatory, etc.
- Provide Field Force/Wholesaler support on marketing specific tactical actions
- Manage creative and digital agencies for the development of communicational campaings aligned to brand strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Market analysis (Competitors, princing strategy, SWOT, etc)
- Marketing strategies implementation (on and off line)
- Sales Force/Wholesaler support regarding marketing activities
- Direct marketing expenses control
- Networking throughout LA main stakeholkders
- Develop advertising materials to sales force/Wholesaler alligned with marketing strategy Brand Plan development
- Marketing strategies development (on and off line)
- Direct marketing expenses strategic planning
- Launches of new products
- Sales forecast
Requirements:
- Bachelor ́s Degree
- 13 years of marketing experience preferably with digital experience
- Advanced English
