Position Summary:


The Order Management Specialist (with focus on drop shipments) will help to develop, execute, and monitor Order Management activities related to Drop shipment for the Central America region.

His / her work primarily includes Complete order processing for Drop shipment orders, order tracking and any international trade operations required to deliver orders B2B/B2C and direct orders to end user.

Additional responsibilities include (but not limited to) project development, process flow improvement, informational analysis, and critical thinking to communicate to multiple teams and grow the business.


His /Her goal is to manage and lead drop shipment order management related activities to improve supply and customer service to customers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • OTC order processing for Drop shipments.
  • Allocation of inventory to orders,
  • Price maintenance in orders
  • Provide ETA's and order related info to customers
  • Provide Territory Managers with Sales order Confirmation and feedback status.
  • Follow through with Freight Forwarder/Client Coordination
  • Send documentation to customers to solve claim issues, and complete Drop shipment processes,
  • Communication with internal Supply Chain to provide update information to customers.
  • Maintaining business systems to ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Develop new tools to order process improvement
  • Generate the following reports: Shipping Report, Sales status report, Claims in shared point.
  • KPI for the position: Purchase Frequency of Customers, Average Order Value, Order cycle time, Rate of returns, Perfect order Rate.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 10 years' of applicable experience in Supply Chain, Operations,
  • At minimum a Bachelor's degree in International Commerce, Administration, Engineering or other related field
  • International trade Knowledge and experience
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel,
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Must have a high level of computer literacy
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to Learn and Develop Skills
  • Strong experience in SAP, BI,
