Section I: Overview

Process Specialist investigates, analyzes and recommends changes in processes that impact the planning area, to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the team.

He is in charge of maintaining optimal training for Planning employees, as well as developing the necessary processes and documentation.

He is the main contact of the Quality Management System, representing the team and its processes. Its scope is Multi-site at BRP Juárez sites

Section IV:
Main Tasks and Responsibilities

Ensure the operational efficiency of the department through a continuous review and permanent update of the processes, as well as their proper documentation.

Identify training needs based on assessment results
Comply on time with the training of new staff and retraining of members as required
Update and generate training material, Work Instructions and Procedures that directly impact the planning role
Main contact of the QMS (Quality Management System)
Participate in compliance with the QMS (Quality Management System) determined for the function of the Planning department in relation to ISO
Follow-up on compliance with Corrective Actions as required

SAP Security Coordinator
Comply with the security rules determined according to their role.
