Job Purpose and Impact

Develop and foster new and existing relationships with Finance and IT stakeholders, management, consultants, and users to understand business priorities while compiling and prioritizing deployments, enhancements, and defect resolutions

Partner with stakeholders to set high level direction, strategy, and technical planning of the SAP S/4 instance in accordance with internal and external software compliance standards.

You will develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business and/or regulatory environment while leading and developing a team of experienced professionals and supervisors, exhibiting authority for talent management decisions related to hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.

You will also coordinate subordinate managers and supervisors in selecting staff to align with current and future needs of the organization.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of six years of related work experience
Three years of supervisory experience
Five years of SAP S/4 Hana experience
Five years of software implementation experience
Five years of ERP deployment experience
Experience interacting with global stakeholders and managing global teams
Ability to communicate and influence at all levels of the organization Competencies
