    Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager

    About the Role

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Manager to lead our efforts in managing and growing a portfolio of customers in North America and Latin America.

    1. Lead customer implementations, driving platform adoption, and ensuring satisfaction through strong relationships with key stakeholders;
    2. Maintain open communication channels for proactive issue resolution;
    p>Please note that this position requires 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS environments, exceptional account management skills, fluency in English.
