We are currently seeking a Systems Administration Specialist to join our team in Guadalajara, M\u00e9xico (MX-MEX), Mexico (MX).

NTT Data Services is looking for an energetic fast learning and self-motivated person that has strong technical and team leadership skills, able to work well with groups on a global level, and a consultative approach and problem-solving abilities to enable our business partners to operate more effectively.

Skills & Knowledge Requirements

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve Application performance/functionality issues with vendor coordination.
Basic knowledge on Windows Server Administration, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Load Balancing
IIS Administration Knowledge (Application pool management, Service restart, pools scheduling, etc)
Good experience with installing/configuring/troubleshooting SSL certificates.
Windows server upgrading, patching, troubleshooting.
Need to be strong in Communication skills.
Able to interact with US Vendors.
Possess excellent troubleshooting skills.
