Key Responsibilities:

Owns technology deployment for P-series cells and modules at all sites
Develops Equipment / Process / BOM / Cost strategy for modcos
Collaborates with R&D for new cell and module technology, BOM, and product roadmap
Launches (deploys) new technology developed elsewhere in house and externally.
Optimizes technology at the fabs and modcos
Sets quarterly cost reduction goals and achieve these goals
Effectively manages a diverse multi-national team using BKM management practices
Maintains good working relationships with collaborators and contact points
Fully accountable for the group's goals and success
Complies at all times with the Environment, Health and Safety, and Quality standards, rules and regulations.

Minimum Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of related experience or master's degree and 8+ years of experience, plus 5+ years of people management experience
Advanced degree preferred
Requires R&D, development or NPI experience, 3 years minimum
Requires factory experience of some kind, 3 years minimum

Job Requirements:

Experience delivering similar technology into production: solar or semiconductor for example
Experience developing new technology
Proven ability to deliver technology/product results on time
Track record of innovation
Effective cost reduction experience
Proven management success and ability to manage a multi-national team
Strong team player
Ability to interact effectively with senior executives
Strong leadership skills
Excellent communication skills
Rapid ability to learn new technology and business processes

Preferred Requirements:

Strongly prefer Mandarin language speaking ability
Experience in solar
Master's degree in relevant field
Significant international experience
Technology deployment experience
