JOB SUMMARY:


KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Accurately log received responses from the suppliers in database
  • Prepare logging sheets with accurate information
  • Prepare scanning packages
  • Scan documents to server
  • Data enter specified criteria from hardcopy records in a timely fashion.
  • Identify 'nonconforming' records.
  • Perform quality checks on data entered making appropriate corrections when needed.
  • Ensure high quality product is delivered to clients.
  • Perform a variety of administrative duties as needed (filing, scanning, photocopying, hard copy backup retrieval, maintain department files).
  • Research and respond to straightforward requests for information in a professional manner.
  • Prioritize and complete work according to project demands, customs requirements and Livingston standards.
  • Prepare billing packages and run reports
  • Participate fully with other team members in the daytoday operations of the team, including setting priorities, organizing and scheduling work, coordinating with others.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
  • Adhere to established policies and procedures.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook).

    EDUCATION:
  • Required: High School/GED or equivalent
