Girl Power Collections Specialist - Hermosillo, Sonora

(On-Site)

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm


Calling all dynamic women with a passion for collections We are on the hunt for driven Girl Power Collections Specialists to spearhead our latest campaign.


Responsibilities:


  • Engage with customers regarding overdue payments
  • Negotiate payment arrangements with empathy and professionalism
  • Maintain accurate customer account records
  • Deliver outstanding customer service with a focus on satisfaction
  • Meet and exceed collection targets with finesse

Requirements:


  • Proficient in English
  • Previous collections experience is a must
  • Residence on the north side of Hermosillo, Sonora
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
  • Thrive in a fastpaced environment
