As a Process Leader Project Coordinator, you will be in charge of leading a production area with technical and organizational complex requirements.

Required by the role is active participation and representation of production specific interests in product
- and technology-specific working teams (e. g. related to changes of the shift model).

You are responsible to fulfill the production program in the assigned production line in terms of quality, quantity and efficiency.

You ensure an appropriate process regarding health, safety, environmental protection, order and cleanliness and working ergonomics in the assigned area.

You initiate and coordinate system optimizations in collaboration with the respective support functions, implement process adjustments due to concept changes and prepare technical documentation (sketches, schedule charts, flow charts, work instructions).

You will be the central contact person for all process partner (e. g. planning, Industrial Engineering, maintenance, technical change coordination, etc.) in case of cross-area topics.

Furthermore, part of the responsibility is: personnel planning incl. capacity planning, attendance planning, shift planning, recruiting, new associate introduction and training, qualification planning, personnel development planning, leading of overall assembly projects and -activities, cross-area tracking, root cause analysis of failures and initiation of counter measures.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field of study.
5+ years of experience in automotive industry, ideally in Assembly production.
Good communication, teamwork and problemsolving methodologies.
Leadership experience (group, team, or project

- lead).
