    SummaryA career in Procurement, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to develop and manage the procurement of all goods and services required by PwC for operational and strategic purposes.

    General Purpose (ofthe position) : TheProcurementOperationsteam, within Business Services, willprovideyouwiththeopportunitytodevelop and managesystemsforprocurementofallgoods and services, supplieronboarding and contractingrequiredby PwC foroperational and strategicpurposes.

    As a partoftheteam, you'llassist in developingprojectimprovementsrelatedtoreduction in cycle time, manual / non valueaddedactivities and automate / standardizeprocesses as well as managingrelationshipsforbothinternalclients and SourcingBuyers.

    We serve as theoperationalsupport and guidanceforallofProcurement.

    Managethesupplieronboarding and contractingtools / processesfor US and MX
    Identify & implement a P2P continuousimprovementprocessbystandardizing & automatingprocesses, reducingadminburden and cycle time
    Ensurecompliance and supportcontract and useraccessaudits

    Manage, coach and developProcurementOperations MX team Demonstrating comprehensive knowledge and / orprovenrecordofsuccess in understandingtheFirm'scontract and procurementsystems, businessprocesses, and organizationalstructure .

    Abilityto drive operationalexcellencethroughsupportofkeybusiness and strategicprioritieswithoversight and managementof a teamprovidingsupplieronboarding and contractual maintenance.
    Effectivelymanagingthecontractmaintenanceprocesses and systems so thatagreements are modified and renewed in a consistent, audit-worthymeans and withadequate time forrenewalmanagement.
    Effectivelycoordinateswithothergroups as neededtoresolveproblems. Performs as a liaison betweenStakeholders, Suppliers and Sourcing.
    Participate in thedevelopmentof performance metrics. CollaboratewithStrategy & Sourcingleaders and peerstoimplementcontractingprocessesthat are consistentacrosscommodities and thatresult in verifiablesavings, increasedcontrollablespend, increased diverse supplierspend, and othersupplychainimprovements.
    CollaboratewiththeProcurement Legal teamtoincorporateProcurementtemplatecontentintocontracts and RFx's and seekrequirements and input fromcustomers.
    Preferred skills Advanced English level. Understanding S2P process and strategicprioritieswithoversight and managementof a teamprovidingsupplieronboarding and contractual maintenance. Demonstrating comprehensive knowledgeofprocurementsystems and businessprocesses SourcingExperience Minimum years experience required
