Provide the client with a service that exceeds their expectations through the Administration and control of the operational and strategic indicators of the business, supervising and executing various logístical, operational, administrative and human resource processes, being a competitive advantage for our clients.
Bilingual SPANISH - ENGLISH (ESSENTIAL)

Control and Supervision of operational indicators (safety, maintenance, diesel, labor, highways and sales).
Supervision and operational planning for the fulfillment of the client's requirements.
Participation in safety committees.
Control and administration of assets (tractors and trailers).
Ensure that the staff of operators and employees is complete.
Maintain an optimal work environment for better performance.
Quote services to clients.
Maintain a working relationship with clients.
Support in attention to claims and legal issues.
Seek the greatest productivity of the team.
Review and supervision of collections.
Ensure compliance with the training of the personnel in charge.
Review and authorization of refunds and fuel.
Review and authorization of settlements
Promote the quality management system
Promote a good working environment
Search for new clients and/or projects for growth

Knowledge:

Previous experience in the TRANSPORTATION INDUSTRY.
Office management
Logistics and transport maintenance
Sales
Collection
