Descripción del empleo

  • Manage and schedule meetings of partners or suppliers in order to optimize time and resources.
  • Manage and make business travel reservations according to the central policy in order to ensure the development of organizational objectives in SlpP.
  • Organize and coordinate events before, during and after the requested date according to requirements by area.
  • Collect and analyze information sent by the different areas in order to prepare presentations of monthly indicators.
  • Control, analyze and monitor the receipt of documents in order to identify findings for compliance with internal policies.
  • Manage and control requisitions for office supplies in order to minimize financial resources.
  • Advice and direct associates or suppliers with the corresponding responsible according to their needs.
  • Analyze, update and publicize the travel policy in order to meet auditable requirements.

Requisitos

  • Degree in Economicadministrative or related.
  • Bilingual (spanishenglish) German is a plus.
  • Experience in similar position required (13 years.
