Provide financial leadership to Juarez operations. Responsible for analyzing financial data and preparing reports that help the company make informed decisions on costs, budgets and resource allocation. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent problem solving skills and be highly organized in handling time-sensitive information and recommendations.
Responsible for financial reporting for . and Mexican entities. Provides a multitude of financial services to include financial reporting, internal control evaluations, Mexican tax and financial reporting. Also responsible for budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, audit planning and execution.
Responsabilidades
-Oversee all accounting and financial functions of the company.
-Guide financial decisions by establishing, monitoring and enforcing policies and procedures.
-Collaborate with a team to establish more effective processes and controls to ensure the integrity of a company's general ledger.
- Provide executive management with accurate and complete financial information to guide the formulation of effective financial policies and strategies.
-Establish and implement financial policies, perform financial risk assessments, and prepare annual budgets and forecasts.
-Analyze cash flow management
- Summarize budget trends, analyze shortfalls and report variances to executives.
-Inventory controls and breakdowns.
-Cost accounting valuation
-Leadership and interaction/boundary crossing with peers to generate results.
-Manage staff and provide leadership and growth opportunities.
- Develop cost standards for materials and labor. Design and implement cost accounting systems. Analyze production costs and recommend changes.
-Oversee annual physical inventory and cycle counter.
