    Keyresponsibilities

    • Deliver month end close for multiple low and medium risk entities – manufacturing and non-manufacturing entities.
    • Ensure compliance & adherence of businesses to defined policies & work procedures.
    • Ensure account recons are delivered with quality.
    • Review and approve account reconciliation.
    • Review and approve journal entries.
    • Support external and internal audits queries.
    • HFM reporting.
    • Flux review.
    • Tax package.
    • Ensure banking recons are delivered on-time & with quality with no unexplained items.
    • Ensure queries / transactions are resolved timely and GL is not aged.Ensure all banking recons are delivered by BPO on-time and with quality with no unexplained items.
    • Manage bank processes e.g. cash pooling, country specific banking requirements, cash funding, DD etc.
    • Support external and internal audits queries.
    • Independently perform month close InterCo process for responsible entities.
    • Ability to prepare month end journal entries like AP accruals etc.
    • Review and support IC function – AP & AR across SBGs and regions.
    • Perform IC reconciliation and lead dispute resolution, in line with policy & procedures.

    YOUMUST HAVE

    • Accounting degree.
    • 2 + years of overall finance experience.
    • Hands on experience with SAP a must, other large ERP systems preferred.
    • Sound understanding of reconciliation techniques.
    • Multi bank / bank account reconciliations, research & investigation experience to resolve aged items.
    • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • High level of English.
