THE OPPORTUNITY:

At Salesloft, our apprentices are pivotal to our company's long-term success. You will be a key member of one of our fast-growing and high-performing product development teams (specifically Engineering).

In addition to working with amazing colleagues who exemplify our 'team over self' core value, you will also have the opportunity to spearhead a project, work cross-functionally (gaining exposure to how each Salesloft team works with and through one another), and participate in various events with your apprenticeship class.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking a group of hungry, humble, and smart college students to join us from June to September 2023.

WE'D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU:

Are currently pursuing a bachelor's degree at an accredited university in Mexico
Computer Science, Management Information Systems or Mechatronic majors preferred
Are pursuing a professional career as Full stack, UI or QA Software Development Roles.
Availability of 20 hours per week.
Gain handson experience on product development following agile methodologies.
No work experience required; however, bonus points if you have experience with Ruby on Rails, Elixir, Golang, , or
Have strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as attention to detail
Are ambitious and driven, thrive in a fastpaced and demanding environment
Demonstrate a teamwork mentality and willingness to assist wherever needed

WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU'LL:

Attend Salesloft's New Hire Orientation, where you will learn our Salesloft story and understand what makes our "Lofters" unique
Attend the halfday introduction to Salesloft Engineering, where you will get a highlevel introduction to the architecture of the platform and learn the basic processes of the Engineering Team
Assist with committing production code
Begin 1:1's with your manager, meet current members of the Salesloft product development team that will be key relationships in accomplishing your goals
Set goals with your manager and develop an action plan to achieve them

WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU'LL:

Become knowledgeable of your pod's surface area
Contribute to the development of a new product feature
Complete a project adding real value the team you're assigned team/pod
Gain exposure to leadership by presenting on your work/learnings over the last few months
Leave with an understanding of the sales enablement technology space
Have a lot of fun along the way
