    The Associate Solution Owner is a key role on the GCO (Global Commercial Operations) Omnichannel Delivery team, who is responsible for translating business requirements that describe enabling functionalities in a customer journey engagement into actionable instructions for a team of cross-functional channel configuration specialists.

    The Associate Solution Owner will support the Solution Owner who is accountable for the creation and documentation high level actionable campaign configuration requirements. The successful candidate must be highly collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented in seeking out information to uncover the specific requirements necessary for the team of cross-functional channel configurators to build the appropriate omnichannel campaign for the business.

    The Associate Solution Owner will document and refine requirements by leveraging AZ defined collaboration tools and documentation templates. The Associate Solution Owner should also look to develop standard process documentation and training material, as well as identify operational process improvement opportunities by leveraging knowledge gained through their regular participation in the delivery process.

    Core Job Requirements:

    • Serve as the resource responsible for documenting comprehensive requirements necessary for a team of delivery resources to enable an omnichannel campaign.
    • Work in both a hands-on manner in creating omnichannel campaign delivery requirements within AZ tools and templates, while also collaborating with cross-functional channel configuration specialists as necessary.
    • Ensures comprehensive functionality build and validation is in place to define a campaign is ready to deploy.

    Experience :

    • 3-5 years of relevant work experience
    • Experience engaging with technical/operational resources to provide instructions on executing campaigns across a variety of marketing platforms
    • Experience with technology tools that enable Content Production, Email Delivery and Automation, Website Assembly, and/or Digital Media optimization
    • Conceptual understanding of relational databases
    • Documenting user stories for technical requirements.
    • Knowledge or experience with Agile ways of working

    Skills and Competencies:

    • Using Work Management tools
    • Working with Marketing Campaign Management tools
    • Working with CMS and Web Analytics tools
    • Working with Customer Data Platforms for Campaign Orchestration
    • Working with Tagging and Metadata configuration tools
    • JIRA Atlassian
    • Confluence
    • Modular Content Tools Hands-on utilization of Marketing Technology for campaign build and orchestration.
    • Project Management Experience

    Preferred

    • Experience within Healthcare/Pharmaceutical industry
    • Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) & Waterfall Projects

    Location: Guadalajara (hybrid - Expectation of working in the office 3 days a week)
