Job Summary:


As a Personal Assistant in our educational organization, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive support to the Director, facilitating the efficient operation of administrative processes within the academic setting.

This position requires a proactive, organized, and adaptable individual with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and supporting the educational mission.


Key Responsibilities:


Academic Calendar and Schedule Management:


  • Coordinate and manage the academic calendar, including meetings, events, and deadlines.

Communication and Correspondence:


  • Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.

Administrative Support:


  • Provide administrative support for academic tutors and department heads.

Confidentiality and Discretion:


  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and organizational policies.


Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in an administrative role.
  • Understanding of academic processes and the educational environment.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic educational setting.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.

Job Type:
Part-time


Salary:
$130.57 per hour
