As an affiliate company of Hyundai Motor Group, Hyundai Transys produces core auto parts which includes seats, transmissions and axles.


HYUNDAI TRANSYS is a specialized car seat manufacturer that aims to satisfy the customer's emotional needs from the closest point by utilizing ergonomics and eco-friendly materials.

Once the era of autonomous driving arrives, the space inside the car will become even more important as it becomes a moving living space.

To this end, we are investing heavily in the development of new automotive seat solutions, and are conducting research to make future mobile spaces more comfortable and aesthetically pleasing.

Experience and knowledge_

  • Education: Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Industrial, IMA, IME, mechatronic, etc.)
  • More than 2 years' experience on Quality engineering and/or more than 1 year on Supplier Quality engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing process, preferred in Automotive Industry
  • Experience implementing and update PFMEA and Control Plan
  • Strong knowledge on PPAP.
  • Experience with engineering changes.
  • Process audit.
  • Knowledge and works based on IATF 16949:2016 system.
  • Risk assessment evaluation knowledge on administration and manufacturing process.
  • Make Presentations for Management level in order to expose KPI's status.
  • English conversational level
  • Measurement methods and drawing strong knowledge based on GD&T.

Essential duties and responsibilities_

  • Responsible of incoming inspection template.
  • Supplier Scorecards.
  • Coordinate containment activities.
  • Coordinate supplier corrective actions and prevention.
  • Travel up to 30%.
  • Able to drive highway trip.
  • Track supplier past problem and preventive actions plans.
