Project Manager Americas:

About the Role:

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, managing and contributing strategically important projects from pre-study through completion within Essity.

The Project Manager is usually managing larger, ambiguous and more complex projects that will significantly affect the different BUs in Americas (CGA, PH & HMS LATAM).

What You Will Do:

Plans, executes & contributes strategically important projects and programs according to agreed and established project management standards.
Develop and create solutions that satisfies internal clients.
Secures required resources and uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budget, risk and chance within allocated projects.
Brings excellence in leadership, competence, experience and project tools enabling successful completion of complex and important projects.
Ensures use of and spreading of purposeful and proven project management tools in projects and networks.
Establishes and leads the official project teams.
Develop Project Management capabilities in the organization.
Establishes efficient steering functions in programs and projects.
Ensures effective communication to stakeholders
Develops and standardizes processes and IT tools in the area of Project Management
Contribute to projects, beyond managing BDGT and Timelines, where GAPs have been identified.
Coordinate Key Priority Projects forum for CG MX & CAM & HMS LATAM.

Who You Are:

University Degree. Engineering degree is a plus.
5 years of proven experience of Project Management
Experience in Finance, Marketing & Business development.
Strong analytical skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Actively search for opportunities
Ability to deliver result and drive processes.
Experience in leading people and in networking across enterprise.
Fluent in English.
