Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for delivery to ensure Customer success with regard to both Product and Professional Services for responsible Customer accounts. Works with Sales, Engineering, Product Management, Legal, and other teams as needed.

Manages complex projects from definition to acceptance, in accordance with CommScope defined processes and procedures.

Projects will deliver E2E solutions comprising hardware and software and considering network management, video delivery, data and telephony services, CIN networking and PON/RMD devices.

Proposal preparation, statements of work and specifications.

Specific Project Management Responsibilities:
Project Planning, Schedule, Resource, Risk, Issue & Partner concerns, Document, Change and Communication Management.

Conduct needs assessments and requirements gathering for end-to-end solutions.

Perform project monitoring and control. Maintain and report on project and program metrics.

Procures internal and external resources with required competencies to meet project objectives. Directs and coordinates the work activities and deliverables of multi-functional project teams.

Monitors project execution to ensure all contractual obligations and requirements are met. Recommends corrective actions and implement change requests where appropriate.

Communicates on project status to the Customer and internal stakeholders, leading complex communications and/or negotiations as required.

Identifies and mitigates risks; develops and implements risk mitigation plans.

Develops process improvements for efficiencies and quality

Required Qualifications for Consideration
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar.

5+ years in program/project management within technology sector, with successful track record of managing and delivering high complexity projects from concept to delivery.

5+ years in customer-facing role.

Seasoned professional comfortable operating at senior levels within clients to network, promote and win business, manage customer expectations, and handle escalations.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Project, MS Office and other supporting tools such as JIRA.

Languages:
Proficient Spanish and English speaker.

You Will Excite Us if you Have
PMP or Prince 2 Certification preferred.

Experience in broadband networks technology is highly desirable.

Experience with Agile framework, process and tools.

Experience of working with or within large Telcos or Cable operators.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Effective management of multi-disciplinary teams of 7+ people in project/matrix line management structure.

Strong technical knowledge of software development, web services, virtualization, cloud hosting, and networking technologies.

Experience working with large scale network management is a big plus.
