Process Quality Sr. Analyst

PROCESS QUALITY SR ANALYST

Main Purpose

Mexico Business Services is one of the main GBS Hubs that supports Supply Chain; the objective of the role is to support the GBS Supply Chain lead in some of the important Knowledge Management, Process Excellence, Quality and Service Delivery Compliance activities.

Responsibilities:

Accountabilities

Managing an estimated of 1000 documents: Process Maps, Desktop Procedures and various related documents like Service Catalog, Knowledge articles, trainings, etc. in SharePoint and other tools.
Ensure documentation is kept up to date by managing Service Change Requests, special focused on content quality.
Execution of compliance related activities like yearly audits (DTP Selfassessment) and quality checks as part of standard documentation management process and GBS Controls.
Drive other countries cultures by engaging Knowledge Champions and leading new initiatives such as Sysmax implementation, Taxonomy alignment.
Support Service Now implementation according to timeline defined for the Function, Service Catalog creation. Start content creation.

Qualifications:

Qualifications/Requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial or related.

Fluent English
12 years of experience in quality, process excellence or related.
GBS experience is desirable
Service Now experience is desirable
Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Must have good communication skills, initiative, leadership, teamwork and proven ability to drive compliance
Customer focused, adaptable, strong follow up, communication and organizational skills
Networking, collaboration, and influence to establish strong and credible relationships with internal clients
