    We are looking for candidates local to Mexico with the ability to work remotely:

    • Focus on enabling Operations and Shared Services Leaders to make data driven decisions
    • Manage and track data for Fulfillment, Transload, Cold Chain, Yards and Depots, and Transportation (Full, middle and final mile delivery)

    Key responsibilities

    • Work with Operations Leadership to manage and track initiatives outcomes
    • Provide weekly dashboard for operations reporting with 7 points of categories
    • Manage data tables and structuring data collection
    • Document department procedures and Standard Operating Procedures
    • Manage team of Operations Analysts and contribute We are looking for
    • Master of science degree in Operations, Engineering, Big Data or related field.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI and Smartsheet or the equivalent
    • Ability to quickly learn new systems or software
    • Strong communication skills, verbal and written
    • Self-driven, motivated, and organized

    And more Pay Range:
    $160,000-$180,000 The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
