over a decade. Our customer service representatives communicate with both customers and techs, to ensure the highest quality service. And we would love for you to join our team
We are looking for a bilingual Spanish/English call center agent to assist with answering customer phone calls.
Job qualifications:
- High school graduate
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Spanish
- Reading comprehension
- Typing proficiency
- Punctual and dependable
- 12 years of customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work between 6 AM and 10 PM Pacific Time, 5 to 6 days a week, 8 hours shift, shift may be vary.
Roles and Responsibilities
You will be our customer over the phone with:
- Dispatching technicians
- Scheduling appointments
- Relaying work orders and messages
- Addressing questions and problems with customers/technicians
- Calling for followups and rescheduling
- Handling payment information
Experience:
- customer service: 2 years (preferred)
Language:
- English and Spanish fluently (required)
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 48 per week
Pay:
$ $120.00 per hour
