Brindar apoyo administrativo al equipo de ventas, en llevar registros actualizados, seguimiento, preparación e impresión de informes. Este puesto es responsable de llevar los libros de gastos de todos los departamentos, desde ventas mercadotecnia y eventos, por lo que deberá tener una organización exacta a facturaciones de proveedores, así como el reporte auxiliar del departamento.
Esta posición actuará como enlace entre los clientes y el Hotel, en todas las solicitudes de grupos y bodas, para así calificarlas antes de ser asignadas al Gerente de Ventas que corresponda.
Asistirá en la creación y envió a los departamentos involucrados, toda orden de evento (BEO) para los eventos que sean confirmados y negociados por el Guest Relations, y aquellos que sean necesarios por el departamento de Recursos Humanos.
