DNV - Business Assurance is seeking a Contract Support Specialist role to support our amendments of contracts within our Management Systems Certification Business.


The role will be based in Mexico City, MX and reports directly to the line manager of the sector.

What You'll Do

  • Special projects that require amending contracts and calculation tools.
  • Communicate with internal colleagues and other departments to accomplish tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Information Analysis and Research.
  • Track and manage work assignments.
  • Other duties assigned by appropriate management.

What is Required

  • Secondary studies completed
  • Advanced English language; verbal and written
  • Experience in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Microsoft Teams
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Demonstrable quality of work for a highvolume workload with deadlines
  • Able to effectively manage time and projects
  • A strong attention to detail, coupled with an uncompromising dedication to ethical, professional behavior
  • Capable of working effectively both in team environments as well as individually
  • We conduct preemployment background screening

What is Preferred

  • Industry experience in Certification
  • Customer service experience
  • Working with quoting or contracts
  • Project Management knowledge
