Job summary
This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing modern workplace technologies that enable seamless, secure, and efficient end-user productivity. This includes endpoint platforms, device lifecycle, virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), telephony systems videoconferencing systems and productivity tools such as Microsoft 365 Teams SharePoint.- Bachelor's degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field
- 5-7 years in IT infrastructure or end-user computing roles with at least 4+ years in EUC collaboration telephony or videoconferencing engineering
- Deep understanding of EUC technologies including Windows macOS iOS Android platforms
