About the role:

To carry out aftermarket products, activities and develop spare parts business Responsibilities To coordinate with customers on JBT spare parts business.

This is to continuously boost up the spare part sales records.
To sell and follow up on PRoCARE contracts for MCCA customers.
Monitor forecast and opportunity list weekly / monthlyTo assist / coordinate between the customers and Internal JBT (i.e. Service Team, Sales Team, Finance and Accounting Team).To be responsible support internal, CSR and Logistic to handle customer issue with a goal of customer satisfactionTo conduct "Customer Satisfactory Survey" and Customer Relationship ManagementTo support logistic team for inventory control forecast.
Any other jobs / projects to be assigned by the supervisor as appropriate. Qualifications Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical Engineering preferablyMinimum 5 years of exeprienceGood knowledge in marketing and aftermarket product sales is a plusStrong capabilities in to managing / supervising aftermarket projectsStrong interpersonal skills, able to communicate with local and international colleaguesAble to work under pressureAble to work independently as well as enjoy being part of a teamAble to work Multi Task and Multi OrganizationAble to travel and work at flexible hours as the job may requireGood command of written and spoken EnglishFamiliar with computer usage, Windows, Office, Visio, and Internet Applicationsdriving licenseEnlgish
