ITIL certification
PMP certification

Main Responsibilities

Working knowledge of Dynatrace
Working knowledge of Citrix
Working knowledge of Control-M
Working knowledge of CyberArk
Working knowledge of MFT
Project reporting, project planning, issue / risk identification and tracking, scope management, estimation, client management, relationship management
Other project documentation preparation for this project of medium to high business complexity (involving multiple systems interfaces that are highly visible to the organization).

Skills:

Management of multiple concurrent priorities
Effective communications skills
Risk management to properly identify risks on time, workaround, and risk mitigation actions proactively
Project plan preparation from high level to technical details level, plan and estimate milestones/activities (effort/duration) and identify role/skills set per activity
Infrastructure projects management experience (DR, obsolescence, hardening, Security, monitoring)
Software projects management experience is a plus (to understand SLDC and products lifecycle)
Exceptional ability to communicate technical decisions/issues to different stakeholders
Strong organization skills (document, log and track actions, issues...)
Technical background is a plus (system engineer, IT operations,)
Experience working in a company based on ITIL environment (Change management, incident management, service management...)
