Job Description:

We are looking for an
Embedded SW/SYS Test Coordinator who is willing to work on a project where each team member contributes to the SW/SYS Development success of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) features.

Technical curiosity paired with a passion for engineering is a must for this role, we are looking for someone who applies strategic problem solving and enables the team to understand even the most complex technical challenges down to the last bit.

Eagerness to own SW/SYS testing topics as per the V Model Software Development Life Cycle, accountability for quality of products as per ASPICE processes and team management skills are a must for this role.

Objective
Software/System Testing Planning Activities for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) SW Projects.

Responsibilities

Embedded Software/System Testing Planning and Tracking on: Unit/Integration/Qualification/System testing, as well as testing documentation activities for Driver Assistance products (Mostly vehicle cameras and ultrasonic sensors)
Responsible for continuous software testing inside the continuous software integration environment.
Support on Test Cases design and Testing activities.
Test Requirements Traceability and Test Plan creation.
Definition of the Test Strategy.
Creation and maintenance of the test schedule (including resource planning).
Definition and coordination of the test activities (including assignment of responsibilities).
Responsible of Test Platforms / Test Environments (Definition, Maintenance, Support)
Generation of test summary report.
Tracking and reporting of status.
Support analyzing software defects.
Escalation of test resource conflicts.
Mentor junior engineers in the area of software testing.
Coordination of the test strategy with other test coordinators (SYS_INT, SW_TST,), especially to identify test overlaps and gaps.
Main contact for the test topics for the whole project.
Follow quality process for software development testing according to ISO26262 and ASPICE.

Qualifications:

System/SW Testing Experience (3+ Years of Experience).
Bachelor's degree in Electronics engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Sciences or similar.
Practical experience on Automotive SPICE Quality Processes on several projects.
Programming: C/C++ and Python
Intermediate (1+ Years of Experience).
Experience writing automated test cases preferably on C or C++ Programming Languages.
Vehicle Networking Experience: CAN Communication Protocol (1+ Years of Experience).
Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (Jenkins Framework)
UDS: ODX, security levels and DTCs, reflashing services, DIDs, RIDs, etc.
Experience on test case automation and continuous testing.
Experience on Change management tools (e.g. Git).
Requirements Management Experience (e.g. DOORs).
Experience in usage of Test and Measurement Equipment's.
Software/System Test Process and concepts.
English advanced level (B2 or C1 level at least).
Result orientation.
Ability to motivate others.
Team management skills.

Nice to have:

Test Traceability Management Tools Experience (e.g. RQM).

ISTQB Certified Tester

Test Manager Level and/or ISTQB Certified Tester
Test Foundation Level.
Knowledge of communication protocols: SPI, UART, I2C.
ECU simulation and Testing Tools
(CANoe, Canalyzer) (1+ Years of Experience).
CANoe: CAPLs, Panels, DBs and configurations (1+ Years of Experience)
Automated Test Frameworks Experience (e.g. vTest).
